Q. My goods have not arrived?
If you have taken standard free delivery then please allow at least 3 working days, larger items can take longer. If you have taken a timed delivery and goods have not arrived within the time schedule then call us immeditely 0208 8323730
Q You have placed an order and no confirmation?
In this instance please call us on 0208 8323730 statin the date you placed the order and the amount you paid by credit card. The problem will be resolved the same day
I have accepted and received the goods and now no longer require them

Opened the packaging and goods damaged, what do I do?
Call us immediately on 0208 8323730 do not try to return the goods
VAT INVOICE still not arrived?
Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your order before you call us
