Definitions
- “Seller, Us, We” means Narang Technical Services Ltd- registered in England CO REG NO: 04469352
- “Buyer, Customer, You” means the part dealing with the Seller.
- “Goods, Items, Item” means the goods which the Seller is to sell
- in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- “Writing, Written” includes facsimile transmissions and writing on the screen of the visual display unit
- “Terms and Conditions” means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.

The European Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive aims to reduce the amount of WEEE going to landfill. The consumer takes responsibility that at the end of the equipment life it will dispose of the equipment in the correct manner as required by the WEEE DIRECTIVE. | |
PAYMENTS & PRICES
All prices are in UK Sterling and subject to United Kingdom Value Added Tax at 20% and delivery charges will be made on SOME ITEMS.. Price does not include installation or connection charge and delivery is pavement drop only. If you require installation or equipment placed in the correct position inside your premises please ask for quote
Any quotation or published price is subject to alteration or withdrawal without prior notice as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in supplier's prices, error in published price or other costs beyond our control. Statement of price or a quotation does not constitute an offer. We will inform you of the correct price where the right to cancellation can be exercised.
Payment by credit/debit card or cheque will require clearance prior to delivery. All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are despatched. If the issuing bank of your card does not for any reason authorise payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
2.2% surcharge is added to the total price including vat if credit cards are used
DELIVERY CHARGE
DELIVERY CHARGE DEPENDS ON THE ITEM AND YOU WILL BE QUOTED BEFORE WE TAKE ANY PAYMENT
Goods Delivered in Error -Where the customer has ordered a product but the wrong item has been delivered, it then will become our responsibility to collect the equipment providing the customer has not used or damaged the equipment in anyway. If the customer refuses to allow us to collect the goods, we reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card. We apologize for the inconvience but NTS cannot be held responsibility in anyway, as goods are delivered by the manufacturers not by NTS
Title to the goods will remain with NTS until full payment is received
GUARANTEES
All new products supplied are inclusive of commercial warranty which is 1 or 2 year parts only manufacturers guarantee, but excludes if fault is caused by accident, neglect, misuse or error in installation, or if not installed by approved contactor, or not installed according to manufacturers specification. Gurantee will also become invalid if a unit is installed in areas which are unsuitable for the equipment to run effectively and efficently. Gurantees also become invalid on dishwashers if water softner is not installed. Guarantees are covered by the manufacturers not by NTS.
If you require parts within the guaratee period and there is a delay we at NTS cannot be held responsible.
RETURN OF FAULTY PARTS
SOME MANUFACTURERS WILL ASK YOU TO RETURN THE FAULTY PART. IF FAULTY PARTS ARE NOT RETURNED YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NEW PART SUPPLIED UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD
Please note all equipment supplied is new. If equipment does not work correctly you must report this within 5 working days from date of delivery- i.e receipt of equipment at your premises, for the manufaturers to rectify the problem,( providing it is a manufacturing defect not a fault caused by the customer)
All new products do not always include Labour warranty. IF LABOUR WARRANTY IS REQUIRED PLEASE ASK FOR PRICE this is available. If Labour warranty is given, the warranty will become invalid if faults to the product are caused by accident, neglect, misuse or error in installation, or if not installed by approved contactor, or not installed by manufacturers specification. Please note if you have taken Labour warranty the response time to call your call is in most cases within 48 hours.
It is the customers responsibility before purchase, to verify that the price quoted is parts only warranty or parts and labour warranty. The manufacturers are giving you the customer the choice of which warranty you require, and the invoice or quote will state the warranty you requested.
PRICES QUOTED ARE DELIVERY ONLY TO DOOR OR PAVEMENT DROP DEPENDING ON LOCATION OF CUSTOMERS SITE, IF YOU REQUIRE INSTALLATION PLEASE ASK FOR QUOTE
Delivery is usually 3 working days if item in stock
Warranty is valid in UK mainland only. If parts are required they will be delivered to a UK mainland address, this is usually where the equipment was originally delivered to. If equipment has to be returned it is the customers responsibility to return the equipment to a UK mainland address
Warranty Outside UK Mainland Labour warranty will not be offered by manufacturers outside UK mainland. If parts are required they will be delivered to a UK mainland address, this is usually where the equipment was originally delivered to. If equipment has to be returned it is the customers responsibility to return the equipment to a UK mainland address.
Most of our manufacturers operate direct product support, repairs & returns procedures, the Buyer accepts an obligation to process their claim directly through the manufacturer. It is at the manufacturers discretion if they wish to repair the goods only if faulty, or send a replacement.
APPLIANCES - all products are serviced by the manufacturer during guarantee period if labour and parts warranty has been taken. We can provide repair and maintenance service during the guarantee period if parts warranty has only been taken or after guarantee period expires. Documents on how to contact the manufacturer are detailed in the your instructions supplied with your appliance.
NB: It is always worth remembering that should you have any problems with your product, you should first consult your instruction manual, supplied with your item, as 'faults' can sometimes be rectified without the need for a service call.
LEASING
Leasing is a contract between the leasing company and the customer, THE AGREEMENT IS NOT WITH NTS.
PLEASE NOTE AT THE TIME OF YOUR ENQUIRY TO LEASE THE GOODS THE ITEM MAYBE IN STOCK, BUT WE WILL ONLY ORDER AND SEND THE GOODS OUT YO YOU ONCE WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY THE LEASING COMPANY THAT WE CAN DELIVER THE GOODS TO YOU, SO WE CANNOT GURANTEE AT A LATER DATE THE ITEM WILL BE AVAILBALE IMMEDIATELY.
How fast the goods can be sent out to you, depends on how fast you provide the necessary documents/ information to the leasing company.

Though we constantly strive to provide accurate and current information on this website, NTS will not be responsible for errors/omissions in product descriptions or the Buyer's interpretation of those descriptions. Full specifications are available from the manufacturers brochures and/or websites. Please contact us for their details.
We make no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products. If you require a site survey please call which is chargeable.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
ORDERING GOODS
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the goods they purchase are for the required purpose and that all large items will fit through their doors. GOODS DELIVERED DATE ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILTY. DATES GIVEN ARE ANTICIAPTED DATES ONLY.
Our manufacturers will deliver to door only, they are not responsible for unpacking the item or placing the product in the correct position unless you ask for this service which is chargeable.
We will be more than happy to provide you with any measurements and sizes, so that you are confident you have purchased the correct equipment, and that it will be able to fit through the main door of your premises.
An agreement is made only if a customer order is expressly accepted by us in writing or by credit card payment in advance of delivery. Mere confirmation of receipt of an order does not represent an agreement. Ancillary arrangements, promises, and all other agreements are valid only if expressly confirmed by us in writing.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour keep you fully informed of your order status. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods, you will receive a full credit or refund. However, we will not be responsible for compensating for any loss incurred if the goods are not supplied, or if delivery is later than expected or are supplied damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right the withdraw any product or offer from the website at our discretion, including the refusal of any transaction attributed to those products / offers.
We operate an anti-fraud policy for our customers. As a result we WILL NOT ACCEPT an order where a HOME LANDLINE telephone number cannot be supplied
This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
